为提升管理科学与工程相关领域研究生对于世界贸易组织和全球电子商务发展的知识认知水平和国际学术视野，管理工程学院于2019年7月8日至7月19日开展主题为“世贸组织及电子商务”（WTO and E-commerce）的研究生国际暑期系列课程，来自新西兰、印度、瑞士的3位联合国UNCTAD组织(United Nations Conference on Trade and Development)的跨境电商和WTO规则领域的资深专家为研究生进行为期10天的有关电子商务与国际贸易规则的专题授课。欢迎我校相关学科研究生及教师报名参加。
In order to enhance the knowledge and international vision of researchers and graduate students in the field of WTO and global e-commerce, the School of Management Engineering of Zhengzhou University plans to organize a Summer Series of International Graduate Courses from July 8 to July 19, 2019, with the theme of WTO and E-commerce. It is a two-week joint lecture by three senior experts in the field of cross-border e-commerce and WTO rules who are registered experts in the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). They will provides authoritative e-commerce and WTO rules, and international trade rules for researchers and students of Zhengzhou University. These three experts are Professor Elizabeth Jane Kelsey, from University of Auckland, New Zealand, Dr. Rashmi Banga, Senior Economic Analyst from Department of Globalization and Development Strategy, UNCTAD, Geneva, Switzerland, and Professor Abhijit Das, Director of WTO Research Center from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India. The workshop consists of 30 hours and is completed by three professors in 10 working days.

Workshop Registration:
1.郑州大学相关专业的各级在读研究生、科研人员，以及对课程内容感兴趣的其他高校人员、行业内人士均可报名参加；课程采用全英授课，要求听课人员具有良好的英语听说能力。
Full-time students and researchers with relevant majors from Zhengzhou University are qualified to register this workshop. Other researchers and professionals who are interested in the content of the course are welcome too. The workshop is taught in English, and thus applicants are required to have a good English ability and active class participations.
2.参加所有课程并积极参与课堂问答讨论、教授测试，学习合格者颁发由授课专家签名的结业证书。
Participants should attend in all 10-day courses and show active participation in terms of in-class Q&A discussions and tests. The qualified participants are awarded the bilingual certificate signed by three professors and authorized by Zhengzhou University (in Chinese and English).
